We're a local, therapist-owned clinic located just south of Austin, Texas, and we're dedicated to providing family-centered services that empower clients and caregivers to be strong advocates and embrace community and self-acceptance. We practice from a neurodiversity-affirming lens (no ABA/behaviorism).
While we see clients with a variety of needs, we have a special focus on Autism and ADHD. With a strong emphasis on client/family education, meeting sensory needs, and navigating PDA, Autistic burnout, and recovery from traditional education. We also address traditional, discipline specific needs as well. Our team is dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable and validated in their feelings and differences while equipping them with the tools they need to thrive. Our clinic boasts a 4k sq ft facility with indoor and outdoor sensory gyms, as well as a calming sensory room, and we offer in-clinic and telehealth services under special circumstances.
We're seeking Occupational Therapists and a Speech-Language Pathologist who share our vision of supporting families to be neurodiversity-affirming and are committed to addressing the whole family with guidance applying for social services and grants available to them, maneuvering the school system, and providing therapeutic services that help our clients navigate the world while finding a sense of community. We are looking for long-term mutually beneficial employment arrangements and are open to part time/ full time/ contract/ salary. Additionally, while we specialize working with children through young adults, we do make special exceptions for Autistic adults (mostly to address areas of neurotype exploration, sensory integration, and addressing ARFID.
If you're a licensed Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas with at least 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred) and practice according to the neurodiversity paradigm (no ABA/behaviorism-we recognize this is a learning journey), we want to hear from you!
